I am a Fellow of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing

Licentiate of the International Dance Teachers Association and a Member of the ADFP. 

I have trained many dancers to achieve an extremely high standard in amuture exams and have a 100% Distinction rate for all professional examinations.

Starting dance at the age of 3 years old I trained in Ballet, Tap, Modern and then progressed to Ballroom, Latin, Classical Sequence and gained further Professional qualifications in Dance Exercise, Line Dance, Freestyle and Rock 'n' Roll and Beauty Therapy. 

My dance knowledge has enabled me to train pupils from absolute beginner to whatever level they would like to achieve be it just for fun, for medal work to the top of the medal test system, for shows or competitions! 

I had achieved Distinction across all of my qualifications and I am a Licentiate Teacher for the International Dace Teachers Association, Associate for the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.  Also I am an active Championship adjudicator for the ADFP.

I have been dancing at the school since the age of 2 and have passed many amateur exams in Freestyle, Ballroom, Latin and Rock and Roll.  My biggest achievements within my amateur career have been dancing at Championship level winning many competitions and becoming National Champion in 2008.  Since retiring from the competitive world of dance my passion has been teaching children and adults of all ages. 

I have continued my dance education to follow in Lynda;s footsteps so I am progressing to qualify to the highest level of Fellow across all styles of dance we teach.

I am an I.S.T.D qualified fellow teacher and have been teaching ballet and tap for over 40 years for various standards 

My classes introduce the joy of ballet and tap to all ages.

There will not be any pressure to enter for exams but there will be an opportunity to progress for pupils who wish to further their training. New pupils are welcome to just come along and enjoy the classes.
