Latin Dance Fitness
This fun class includes warm up exercise and yoga/pilates stretches combined with Latin dance moves taken from Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive and more - just like Flavia and Russell ! Suitable for Adults, (beginners welcome) who want to exercise & dance to great music! the class is run by Lynda who has 40 years of fitness and dance experience to guide you the safe and enjoyable way!
